  (I lost my previous phone/account info so I could not modify my previous review below. Now on to round 2):
  We lived there from 2013 to 2016. Our experience at Appletree was a good one.
  I wish we had not left there for our present apartment in GR.
  
  It is in the wonderful town of Sparta.We had some good (and some great!) neighbors. The rent was reasonable and included heat and water/sewer. The apartment was much larger than my present apartment (and for nearly $300 less rent!). Maintenance was generally good to very good. We had no serious problems with the management.
  
  There were minor issues... but no where I have lived has proven to be perfect.
  
  I can honestly say that I would live there again and I can without reservation recommend it to others.
  
  Update (1-25-18):
  While I still stand behind my previous comments I must make a modification:
  It appears that "market prices" have caught up to Appletree. If their website is up to date rent isn't much higher than we paid. However, I have been made aware that some former residents had to move out because of a sharp increase. Hmmm.
  Please do your homework to verify this is the overall best deal in the area. There may be other options around.
